Tilton clutch is in: stiff and binary, torque tube rebuild

Clutch is in and oh my is it stiff. And a little binary. It’ll take some getting used to at low speed and I really really don’t want to drive it in stop and go traffic. My torque tube was damaged when the shop took it apart to inspect it. Luckily it hadn’t completely let loose, so only a rebuild kit instead of finding a new torque tube. Shifts noticeably faster just tooling around town. I think maybe even reverse is easier to get into. If the shifter isn’t adjusted right it can be a problem and they would have had to drop the shifter for this whole thing.
